What gets deleted
When you disconnect Facebook or ask us to delete your data, we remove:
- Your Facebook access tokens and Facebook user ID.
- Your list of connected Pages and any Page tokens.
- Your comment auto-reply rules and Facebook activity history inside HBGEN.
Posts or ads you already published on Facebook are not removed by this, because they live on Facebook. You can delete those directly in Facebook.
Option 1 — Disconnect inside HBGEN (instant)

Sign in at hbgen.com and open Facebook tools from the menu.

Go to Pages & account.

Press Disconnect and confirm. Your Facebook tokens, Pages list and rules are deleted from our server immediately.
Option 2 — Remove HBGEN in Facebook

Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).

Find HBGEN and press Remove. You can tick the box to delete posts the app made on your behalf.

Facebook then notifies HBGEN automatically, and we delete the Facebook data we hold for your account. You will see a confirmation code on this page if Facebook sends you here.
Option 3 — Delete your whole HBGEN account
To erase your account and everything in it (pages, links, files, products and statistics), email support@hbgen.com from your account email with the subject Delete my HBGEN account and data. We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days. Some records, such as invoices, may be kept for legal and tax reasons.
